В 400 метрах находится термальный бассейн, санаторий «Саяны» со всеми оздоровительными процедурами, магазины «Барис», кафе «Хамар-Дабан». Шумные компании не принимаем, мы за ваш семейный спокойный размеренный отдых.
Также можете снять данный дом и один, и вдвоем, будет предоставлена одна комната, соответственно, цена будет меньше. Снаружи дом пока не обшит.
