Advantages:

Отличное место, очень отзывчивая хозяйка

Disadvantages:

Из минусов — комната с окнами в коридор, очень темная, приходилось все время открывать дверь для света и проветривания. Ну и когда вокруг жильцы, то слышно всех и оооочень хорошо.
