Advantages:

Близкое расположение к центру города. Рядом магазины, кафе, кинотеатр. Есть где погулять. Рядом остановка общественного транспорта. Высокий этаж, красивый вид на город. Новый дом.

Disadvantages:

Бронировали эту квартиру, но по факту хозяйка сказала, что эта квартира уже забронирована, предложила другой вариант - в том же доме, но намного хуже! Т. К. Нужно было срочно найти жильё на пару ночей, пришлось согласиться, других подходящих вариантов небыло. В итоге другая квартира оказалась "уставшей", по сравнению с этой, с грязными полами... В следующий раз не стала бы обращаться к данному хозяину
