Advantages:

Дистанционное заселение👍 Заселял родителей. В квартире чисто, опрятно. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, в т.ч. бойлер на случай отключения горячей воды. Ещё бы кондиционер, то было бы идеально.
